Brief History of Boulder Creek
Boulder Creek is a small subdivision in Streetsboro, Ohio located in northwestern Portage County. The housing development is near the intersection of Frost and Page Roads with easy access to Akron, Cleveland and Youngstown. Home building at Boulder Creek started in 2007 and completed in 2015. It has a combination of ranch and 2 story homes and is a great place for people of all ages to live.
The Homeowner’s Association is managed by 3 unpaid volunteer residents who serve 2 year terms as Board members. Election of Board members occurs at the HOA’s Annual meeting.
