What is Boulder Creek HOA
Boulder Creek HOA Board of Directors consists of 3 unpaid volunteer positions: President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
Our main purpose is to ensure that our property value is protected by having our community adhere to the same set of rules. Our Board of Directors ensure changes to property comply with the rules governing our development. The most common changes include fences, sheds, decks, and paint colors for shutters and doors.

Fishing at our Pond
Our pond at the entrance of our development is stocked with fish. If you enjoy fishing feel free to relax and enjoy this activity. Every year the pond is stocked with a variety of fish that ensure the pond remains healthy. Because these fish are essential to the health of the pond we request that any fish that are caught when fishing be returned back pond.
Picnic Tables
There are two picnic tables for our residents to enjoy. If you use these tables, please clean up afterwards and take trash with you as there are no trash cans.
Enjoy a small walk around the Pond
The Pond and 10 feet surrounding it is common land. You can walk around the pond, but please be respectful of residents whose homes border the pond. If you walk your dog, please take a bag with you and clean up after your pet if they leave behind a mess.
